Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For non-stock orders or in the event of a delay due to high order volumes, you will be notified of the expected shipping date. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 

For deliveries within mainland UK we offer £11.95 flat rate shipping.  

For orders over £150.00 (excluding VAT) you will qualify for free postage and packing. 

Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

For orders outside of mainland UK or to Northern Ireland, Eire, Northern Scotland, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery will be within 2-4 business days by our own drivers. 

In-store pickup: 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at CTS Training & Consultancy Ltd, Middlegate, Main Road, Terrington St John, PE14 7RP. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. For non-stock orders or in the event of a delay due to high order volumes, you will be notified of the expected collection date. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8AM – 5.30PM Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship outside of the UK. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking number and expected delivery date. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at orders@ctservicesltd.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes 

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.
